This region is known for its white clay and Mediterranean climate, which contribute to the unique flavor of the grapes. Hand harvesting takes place in the first week of October, ensuring that only ripe grapes with optimal sugars and acids are collected. After harvesting, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration and gentle pressing, which preserves the fruity and floral aroma. The wine ages for three months in stainless steel tanks and then for another month in the bottle at controlled temperature, achieving a perfect balance of flavors. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this drink is fresh, lively, and delicate on the palate. Its bright ruby red color with violet reflections will enchant any wine lover.
