Growing quality with respect for nature

The philosophy of Masseria Falvo 1727 is based on a simple and profound belief: when you respect the soil, it generously responds to you. That is why we chose organic farming not as a label, but as a way of life – a daily commitment that is reflected in every gesture in the vineyard and cellar.

We cultivate only a part of our land and leave the rest open to Mediterranean scrub: the quiet guardian of the ecosystem, which we consider an integral part of our vineyard.

Sustainable agriculture that will pass on a livable world to future generations.

This is what we have learned by listening to the vineyard: the grapevines, which grow in natural balance, nourished by living soil, produce more authentic, complex, and truthful fruit. Organic is not a protocol – it is a condition that allows the variety to truly express itself.

In the cellar, our approach is essential: to accompany the wine on its natural journey, allowing the varietal characteristics and the deep imprint of Pollina to emerge without overshadowing them.
